Q: Where do you get your herbal products?

A: We purchase organic herbs directly from the farms that grow them. The actual farm we purchase from may vary, depending on seasons and the herbs each farm has available.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Click on the button under each product that says 'Add to Cart'. Whenever you would like to checkout or view your shopping cart, click on the button in the left navigation bar that says 'View Cart'.

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, Paypal , credit cards via Paypal and money orders that are negotiable in Canada. Please note that US Postal Money Orders are NOT negotiable in Canada. Your order will not be shipped until we have received payments and they have cleared our bank account.

A: We will ship anywhere in the world and charge actual shipping rates plus $1.50 Canadian for packaging.

A: Unless specified or requested otherwise, we ship via Canada Post. We also have access to UPS, Purolator and FedEx. You need to specify if you are wanting us to ship any method other than Canada Post.

A: Our products are guaranteed to be what we say they are, but they are NOT guaranteed to cure any medical ailments.

A: We believe in our products and their safety when used as instructed. However, it is always advised to contact your doctor or midwife before using any herbal product.
